Tämä, tuo, se

Tässä oppitunnissa opit sanomaan "tämä", "tuo" ja "se" koreaksi.
Suomessa sanoja "tämä", "tuo" ja "se" voidaan käyttää sekä yksinään että muiden sanojen määrittämiseen.

Esimerkki)
Suomeksi voit sanoa "Tämä on minun autoni" mutta myös "Tämä auto on minun". Joten sanaa "tämä" voidaan käyttää tässä pronomininä ja sen lisäksi sanana, joka määrittää sanaa "auto".

Koreassa sen sijaan sanat määrelle "tämä" ja itsenäiselle sanalle "tämä" merkityksessä "tämä asia tässä" ovat jyrkästi toisistaan eriteltyjä ja sama päteen korean sanoihin "tuo" ja "se".

Koska 이, 그 ja 저 voivat koreassa toimia ainoastaan määreinä, niin silloin kun halutaan sanoa "tämä", "tuo" tai "se" pronomineinä, täytyy näiden sanojen jälkeen lisätä sana 거 [geo] tai 것 [geot].
거 [geo] = 것 [geot] = asia, esine, juttu, seikka

Joten...
이 [i] = tämä
이 + 것 = 이것 [i-geot] tai 이거 [i-geo] = tämä asia, tämä juttu
그 [geu] = se
그 + 것 = 그것 [geu-geot] tai 그거 [geu-geo] = se asia, se juttu
저 [jeo] = tuo
저 + 것 = 저것 [geu-geot] tai 저거 [geu-geo] = tuo asia, tuo juttu

Voit muodostaan useita ilmauksia käyttämällä sanoja 이, 그 tai 저 muiden sanojen kanssa.

사람 [sa-ram] tarkoittaa henkilö
이 사람 [i sa-ram] = tämä henkilö, tämä mies, tämä nainen, hän
그 사람 [geu sa-ram] = se henkilö, hän
저 사람 [jeo sa-ram] = tuo henkilö, hän
