Noun + 이/가 되다: This pattern is equivalent to the phrase become (Noun)

Conjugation Rule
The subject marker 이/가 is added to the noun, followed by the verb 되다.
If the noun ends in a consonant, add 이.
If the noun ends in a vowel, add 가.
