Pronunciation 'Rule: 'ㄹ' 받침 + 'ㄹ' → The second ㄹ gets pronounced as an /l/ sound instead of an /r/ sound.
If the 받침 is a ㄹ and it is followed by a ㄹ, the second ㄹ must be pronounced as a /l/ instead of an /r/ sound. The first ㄹ is pronounced as an /l/ sound and the second ㄹ must match as there an /l/ and /r/ sounds can't follow each other in Korean.
