Description
Verb + 게 되다 : This is used to describe how something or someone comes to be in or becomes a certain state or how something happens, often by chance or fate.

Conjugation Rule
Pattern | Case | Example | |

Rule 1: | Verb + 게 되다 | If there is no 받침 or if the adjective/verb stem has ㄹ as a 받침 | 가다 → 가게 되다 |
Rule 2: | Verb + 게 되다 | If there is a 받침 at the end of the adjective/verb stem | 받다 → 받게 되다 |
