Want to know more about 한자? Head over to the important 한자 page.
This page needs clarification from a native speaker or expert. Reason: 겁쟁이 <怯 ―-> - Coward and 겁먹다 <怯 ―-> - To be scared under the hanja character 怯 have that peculiar -- (two dashes) within the area that is supposed to be the hanja form of the examples given. I tried converting the words into their hanja forms and the IME only tried to convert the first syllable block and nothing more. Because of this, I am thinking that whoever first added this was keeping this in mind and was attempting to show that it could not be converted properly. Still, I'm confused. Please clarify on the use of the dashes and tell why there is no hanja form (because if there is no hanja form, I don't see why they were used as examples. If you have any questions, feel free to post them on my talk page. --Galinaros 20:22, 7 April 2010 (UTC) |
