I tried converting the words into their hanja forms and the IME only tried to convert the first syllable block and nothing more. Because of this, I am thinking that whoever first added this was keeping this in mind and was attempting to show that it could not be converted properly. Still, I'm confused. Please clarify on the use of the dashes and tell why there is no hanja form (because if there is no hanja form, I don't see why they were used as examples.
