Adjective (으)ㄴ 것  : This pattern is equivalent to the phrase 'a (adjective) one.'

Rule 1: A + ㄴ 것 If there is no 받침 or if the adjective/verb stem has ㄹ as a 받침 예쁜 것
Rule 2: A + 은 것 If there is a 받침 at the end of the adjective/verb stem 많은 것
