- 운동(하다) <運動> - exercise, to exercise
- 체력 <體力> - stamina
- 스테미나 - sexual capacity (Konglish)
- 근육 <筋肉> - muscle
- 알통 - flexed bicep
- 힘 주다 - flex (asking someone to flex)
- 땀 - sweat
- 근육통 <筋肉痛> - muscle soreness
- 근육이 당기다(passive form) - muscle pull, muscle strain (but most people say 땡기다--when 당기다 is used passive form)
- 다리가 땡겨요.
- 배 땡겨.
- When 당기다 is used active form, they say 당기다 or 땡기다. I think 당기다 is used more often in Seoul, but in 경상도, 땡기다 is used more often.

- 복근 <腹筋> - six pack
- 왕자 - six pack (slang because 왕 = 王 and looks similar to a 6 pack)
- 초콜렛 복근 - six pack (slang/ evenly sized like a herseys bar)
- 준비운동 <準備運動> - warming up
- 스트레칭 - stretching
- 몸 풀기 - warming up

- 산책(하다) <散策> - to go for a walk
- 전력 질주 - sprinting
