Pattern Case Example
Rule 1: A/V + 지만 If there is no 받침 or if the adjective/verb stem has ㄹ as a 받침 예쁘다 → 예쁘지만
Rule 2: A/V + 지만 If there is a 받침 at the end of the adjective/verb stem 먹다 → 먹지만


Conjugation Examples

  • 아름답다 → 아름답지만
  • 바쁘다 → 바쁘지만
  • 넓다 → 넓지만
  • 짜다 → 짜지만
  • 울다 → 울지만
