You should use Korean or Chinese rooted numbers for their respective roots below. Some times use different words for length and the actual time, make sure you recognize what word to use in what context.
Multiple years
- 시대 - an epoch, a period in time
Year
- 년(Chinese)/해(Korean) - year
- Example, 일년/한해 - one year
- 작년[장년]/지난해 - last year
- 올해/본년 - current year
- 내년/다음해 - next year
Month
- 달(Korean, length)/가월(Korean, length)/월 (Chinese, month of the year) - month
- Example, 1달[한달]/1개월[한개월] - one month
- 1월[일월] - January
- 2월[이월] - February
- 3월[삼월] - March
- 4월[사월] - April
