Verb + 아/어/여 + 야 되다 : This pattern is used to indicate obligation. This pattern is slightly weaker than V + 아/어 + 야 하다.
Conjugation examples
For Conjugation rules, see the basic conjugation for 아/어/여. Some basic examples:
- 가다 → 가야 돼요
- 오다 → 와야 돼요
- 먹다 → 먹어야 돼요
- 가르치다 → 가르쳐야 돼요
- 놀다 → 놀아야 돼요 (irregular ㄹ verb)
- 듣다 → 들어야 돼요 (irregular ㄷ verb)
